Terms of Cancellation and Refund
Refund requests are processed based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled pickup (or boarding) time for the booking:

| Cancellation between **48 and 24 hours** before the scheduled Boarding time | **50% Penalty** |
| Cancellation with **less than 24 hours** notice | **100% Penalty** |
| **No-Show** | **100% Penalty** |
