FROM THE AIRPORT TO VENICE AND OTHER DESTINATIONS
COMBINED SERVICE: Private Car to Piazzale Roma + WATER TAXI to your destination This option allows you to travel in complete peace of mind from the airport. You will be greeted at the arrivals exit by a professional driver holding a sign with your name, who will lead you to your private car for the transfer to Piazzale Roma—the last and most convenient connection point between the mainland and the water. Here, you will find our boat already reserved for you, ready to take you directly to your final destination in the city.
WAITING AND DELAYS
WAITING TIME & DELAYS At the time of booking, we require you to fill in the designated fields with your flight or train number. This allows us to monitor your arrival, track any delays, and coordinate our transport services efficiently.
For all departures, guests must call our 24/7 dispatch office at +39 041 3070215 exactly 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup to receive the boat number and the driver’s name.
In case of travel issues or delays, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule the service at no additional cost. The first 10 minutes of waiting time are guaranteed and free of charge. After this period, a fee of €10.00 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay. In the event of a NO SHOW or last-minute cancellation, the full cost of the service will be charged.
PASSENGERS AND BAGS
Each boat accommodates up to 4 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage (maximum size 90 x 75 x 65 cm, up to 10 items total). Additional passengers are charged €10.00 each, up to a maximum of 8 people. Standard allowance includes 1 bag per passenger; extra luggage is €5.00 per item.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
In the event of extreme weather conditions or exceptional high tide (Acqua Alta), some routes may be subject to change or temporary suspension to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew. In such cases, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative meeting point or reschedule the service at no extra cost.
NIGHT SURCHARGE
A night surcharge of €20.00 applies to all services performed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This amount will be automatically added to the total price during the booking process or must be paid directly to the driver if not previously included.
HOTEL DROP-OFF & INNER CANALS
For hotels or destinations located along inner canals, the drop-off will be at the nearest accessible landing stage. Please note that access to certain canals may be restricted due to tide levels (high or low tide) or local traffic regulations. In such cases, our captains will ensure you are dropped off as close as possible to your destination.
